About Aperture

We build the wallet we wanted: one that gives you complete control, hides nothing, and asks for no trust it hasn’t earned.

Manifesto

A wallet should never stand between you and your money. It should hold your keys nowhere but your own device, show you exactly what it does, and disappear when you don’t need it. That belief shapes every decision in Aperture.

  • Self-custody, always. Only you can ever touch your funds. We hold nothing and can recover nothing.
  • Open by default. Every line of code is public. Don’t trust — verify.
  • Secure by omission. The safest features are the ones we choose to leave out.
  • Private. No accounts, no tracking, no data about you that we could ever lose.
  • Calm design. Monochrome, focused, and out of your way.

Who builds Aperture

Aperture is published by Stage and Style Collective LLC, based in Redmond, Oregon. The app is free, open-source under the MIT license, and funded by voluntary support — never by selling your data or your attention.
