Your Privacy Choices
Under laws like the California CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to limit its use. With Aperture, there is nothing to opt out of — because there is nothing to collect.
We don’t sell your data
Aperture has never sold or shared personal information, and never will. There is no advertising business here.
We don’t collect it
Your keys and personal data are generated and stored on your device. They never reach our servers, so we have nothing to disclose, sell, or share.
No tracking, no profiling
No accounts, no analytics that identify you, no cross-context behavioral advertising. Balances are read from public blockchains.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because Aperture does not collect, sell, or share personal information, there is no opt-out toggle to set — the protection is built in and applies to everyone, automatically. This satisfies the “Do Not Sell or Share” and “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” rights by design.
Exercising your rights
If you believe you have a privacy request, or want written confirmation of the above, email care@aperturex.io. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically within 45 days under the CPRA). You may also authorize an agent to act on your behalf.
For the full details of how Aperture handles data, see our Privacy Policy.
