One mark. Infinite focus.
Aperture’s identity is a single six-blade iris and a strictly monochrome palette. Calm, precise, and unmistakable at any size — from a 16px favicon to a billboard.
The mark
The iris — an aperture caught mid-open.
Construction
Built on six blades and protected by clear space.
Wordmark & lockups
Mark plus name, locked together.
Color
Monochrome by conviction.
Assets
Everything teams need to ship Aperture consistently.
Logo masters
SVG marks, app icons, horizontal and stacked wordmarks, plus PNG exports for light, dark, and tinted use.
Motion system
Splash, refresh, loading, sending, success, empty, onboarding, and error Lotties in black, white, and tile treatments.
Social assets
X/Twitter profile and header files in PNG and SVG, sized for clean crops across devices.
Usage
A few rules keep it sharp.
Do use the tile for the app icon
The squircle tile is mandatory for the app icon. Only the flat mark may stand alone.
Do keep it monochrome
One brand color at a time — black on light, white on dark.
Do give it room
Respect the ¼-width clear space and the 28px minimum size.
Don’t recolor the blades
No gradients, brand hues, or tints on the iris itself.
Don’t rotate or crop
Keep the iris upright and whole — never trim a blade.
Don’t add effects
No shadows, glows, or outlines on the mark.
Use the real assets.
Vector masters, PNG exports, social assets, and Lottie motion files are packaged in the official kit.
