Changelog

What’s new in Aperture. We ship often, and every release is open source — this summary is drawn from the public commit history on GitHub.

Multi-chain & Markets

  • 24 networks. Expanded from a handful of chains to 24, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, TON, TRON and more, each with native receive. See networks →
  • Markets. New Markets tab with live prices, market cap, 24-hour change, sparklines, and a watchlist.

Security & approvals

  • Approvals manager. Inspect every token allowance and connected site, and revoke any of them in one tap.
  • Unified passcode. One consistent Face ID / passcode lock across the app.
  • Secure by omission. Removed in-app swap, bridge, and the dApp browser to shrink the attack surface.

Send, receive & backup

  • Rebuilt send flow. Network-fee control, Bitcoin RBF, address scanning, and real pending-to-confirmed tracking.
  • Receive. Per-network addresses with QR.
  • Backup. iCloud-encrypted backup plus a manual recovery-phrase flow with verification.

Wallets & onboarding

  • Multiple wallets. Create, import (phrase, private key, or watch-only), switch between them, and pick a wallet avatar.
  • New onboarding. Splash-to-onboarding shared-element animation and a refreshed iris brand mark.

Foundations

  • Open source. Full source released under the MIT license, with reproducible builds and a bug bounty.
